Each year as Summer comes to an end in late September, you can still get in some fun outdoor activities in with your favorite pooch, including Best Friend’s Strut Your Mutt in Los Angeles! Just don’t forget sunblock and water for you and your dog!
Here’s more about the event from it’s organizers:
“Strut your Mutt is a doggie themed festival, walk and fundraiser that raises money for homeless pets by supporting local animal rescue groups and helping to save the lives of animals in shelters! When you fund raise, you choose where your support goes: to Best Friends Animal Society, or to your favorite participating local animal welfare organization.”
The Strut normally starts around 10am, but you can check in and register as early as 8am.
(Pre-register and save!), and there’s also a festival you can enjoy with your pup as well.
