For dogs 6+ months old who show signs of/are reactive, this class focuses on giving you the knowledge and practice to create new CERs (Conditioned Emotional Responses) and behaviors for your dog, and additional tools to improve your confidence and well-being as you work to reduce/eliminate their reactivity.

STEP ONE
READ POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS
The first step is to read all of the policies and expectation before submitting your registration form, completing your payment, sending your signed Releases and Code of Conduct, and sharing your Dog’s Photo & Vaccine Records.

SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION FORM
Submit your registration for Reactive Dog Rehabilitation in Eugene, Oregon by completing the form below.
Your spot in class is not secure until you complete your payment and submit your paperwork (releases, code of conduct, vaccines, and dog's photo).
STEP THREE
COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR DOG TRAINING CLASS
Use Feet & Paws' secure online store to complete your payment*. This will reserve your spot in class.
STEP FOUR
SIGN & SUBMIT RELEASES & CODE OF CONDUCT
The Releases and Code of Conduct must be signed and submitted before or at the first class**. Use Adobe Reader or print to sign. Download Adobe Reader
STEP FIVE
SHARE DOG'S UP-TO-DATE VACCINE RECORDS & PHOTO
Share before 1st class: Dog’s photo, DHLPP, Bordetella & Rabies vaccines. Puppies need their 1st DHLPP vaccine at least 1-2 weeks before the first in-person class.
Make sure to also send your signed Releases and Code of Conduct.
Those who have completed their registration (submitted all paperwork and payment)* will get an email the week before class starts that includes important reminders, detailed class location information, etc.

Pre-screening phone call required before proceeding to payment for Reactive Dog Rehabilitation in Eugene, Oregon. Complete the registration form below and Tracy will reach out to you to schedule a brief phone chat to discuss your dog's reactivity, along with their health and bite history. From here Tracy will either decide a group class is a good fit for you and your dog, aks to schedule a brief complimentary in-person assessment, and/or suggest consulting your veterinarian to see if a health issue may be causing your dog to be reactive. In this case, once your dog is given a clean bill of health from your veterinarian, we an revisit having them attend group class or the possibility of private dog training sessions.
There are no refunds and all sales are final. Account credit to use for (other) services available upon request. Unused purchased products, services and credits expire nine months after purchase/issue date.

6 Foot Rule+: Class is an exciting, and sometimes stressful environment for your dog. To help them focus on you, ALWAYS keep your dog behind their blind unless otherwise instructed by the trainer.

If you or any family member(s) at home are feeling sick in any way, including but not limited to fever, shortness of breath, cough, upset stomach, recent loss of taste or smell, etc., let me know asap, and do not attend class.
