Just a few more steps to finalize your registration and reserve your spot in my next dog training class.
Don’t wait — Space is limited!
STEP ONE
The first step is to read all of the policies and expectations before submitting your registration form, completing your payment, sending your signed Releases and Code of Conduct, and sharing your Dog’s Photo & Vaccine Records.
STEP TWO
Use Feet & Paws’ secure online store to complete your payment*. This will reserve your spot in class.
*Your spot in class is not secure until you complete your payment and submit your paperwork (releases, code of conduct, vaccines, and dog’s photo).
STEP THREE
The Releases and Code of Conduct must be signed and submitted before or at the first class**. Use Adobe Reader or print to sign. Download Adobe Reader
STEP FOUR
Share before 1st class: Dog’s photo, DHLPP, Bordetella & Rabies vaccines. Puppies need their 1st DHLPP vaccine at least 1-2 weeks before the first in-person class.
Make sure to also send your signed Releases and Code of Conduct.
If you’ve submitted all of the above, the week class begins you will receive an email with detailed class location information, a supply list, etc. No other email is sent, so add the class to your calendar when you sign up!
Don’t forget to add tracy@feetandpaws.com to your Safe Senders List.

**Your signed Releases and Code of Conduct and dog’s up-to-date vaccine records can be emailed back to me at tracy@feetandpaws.com anytime before or printed and brought to your first class, but payment is required in advance to reserve your spot in class.
SPECIAL PRIVATE DOG TRAINING OFFER FOR GROUP DOG TRAINING STUDENTS**
Add in-person private dog training to complement your group dog training for a discounted rate of:
Do not proceed to payment for group dog & puppy training classes with Feet & Paws if your dog has ever growled, snipped, aggressively barked at, lunged for, or bitten anyone or thing for any reason (outside of typical puppy teething). First, let’s schedule a brief phone chat to discuss these behaviors (EMAIL to schedule). From here we can decide if group class will be a good fit for you and your dog (at this time), schedule a brief complimentary assessment, and/or discuss consulting your veterinarian to see if is a physical issue causing your dog to respond this way (pain/discomfort can cause reactivity/sensitivity). In this case, once your dog is given a clean bill of health from your veterinarian, I would love the opportunity to help you establish desired alternate behaviors through private dog training.
